Desired Profile :

• Computer-related or Engineering-related four year College or University Degree (or equivalent)
• Zero to two years of progressively responsible IT job-related experiences
• Knowledge of the latest technology in programming languages, computing hardware & software and current development processes and tools
• IT experience related to programming, integration or infrastructure
• Computer related or Engineering related Masters degree
• Experience managing License Management applications (FlexNet, FlexLM, RLM, Sentinel, etc.), working with vendors on license renewals, and working with application owners & end users on license related issues.
• Experience managing Notification & Alerting systems (TelAlert or similar)and working with end users on alerting related issues.
• Cross-functional application administration experience with understanding of client/server configurations

Roles & Responsibilities: :

• Working directly on application / technical problem identification and resolution, including off-shift and weekend support functions
• Participating in integrated testing and user acceptance of application or infrastructure components
• Working with vendors on the integration of purchased application(s) and/or infrastructure
• Designing and implementing processes, or process improvements, to aid in development and support
• Monitor Remedy queue and group inboxes for new requests.
• Monitor notifications for application errors, warnings and server availability.
• Serve as SME for end-user questions and requests for assistance.
• Periodically modify FlexNet license & options files per customer or vendor request.
• Investigate customer licensing / access issues.
