Job Description:

Functional Validation at SAP acts as a 1st customer for all SAP Products and validates end to end business scenarios/processes from customer perspective. Delivering value to SAP customer is the prime concern.
The key task would be to validate all SAP CRM scenarios (Marketing and Sales) releases from a customer perspective hence we cannot classify it as testing only. What is required for the job is in depth business process knowledge along with functionality knowledge of SAP software, this combination helps FV consultant to correctly recommend if the software/functionality will meet the customer expectation or not
