Job Description :
- Work under direct supervision of Sales Manager. Keep track of customer requirement for mutual growth
- Sense market / customer requirement and offer customized solution from the basket of solutions available
- Meet and exceed sales targets. Follow up and close orders
- Familiarization with changing technology available
- Maximize Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) by sale support.
- Tailor solutions to match customer needs and requirements
- Negotiate and follow up on orders
- Continually learn new solution knowledge and acquire better selling skills
- Articulate the value of a portfolio of energy related products and services offered by HBS
- Understand and communicate the value of complex technical solutions, best solutions to apply in a specific market segment including renewable energy
